The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from www.lgoodie.dk with the exception of Art where the applicable sales and delivery conditions for this are in the following sections.

When you choose to have your item delivered with DAO Home Delivery, they distribute the package at night and it is usually delivered early in the morning outside your front door.

NOTE! We have a liability as long as the package is in our custody. Once the package is placed out in front of your door, our liability ceases. You are then responsible if the package disappears or is damaged and you can not claim compensation.

To avoid this small risk as it lies, choose DAO parcel shop delivery.

Payment of the item upon purchase

www.lgoodie.dk is open 24 hours a day. However, subject to regular updates to the site to ensure maintenance.

Sales can only take place in Denmark and do not apply to Greenland, the Faroe Islands and Bornholm.

To shop at www.lgoodie.dk, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card, which Artli accepts. 

Once you have shopped at www.lgoodie.dk, you will automatically and for free become an LGOODIE CLUB member, where you can see details about your purchases and deliveries under "my account" via your login. Here you can also see your addresses, edit and delete them if desired. 

The money will only be deducted from your payment card when the order has been processed and sent by lgoodie.dk, typically the same day. 

Note! Always read your invoice and order confirmation thoroughly and when discovering errors or defects, contact hello@lgoodie.dk as soon as possible. 

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and this must be done in writing to: hello@lgoodie.dk

You pay for return shipping yourself. 

Gift card

Gift card codes issued by Artli ApS purchased at www.lgoodie.dk, are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

Freight

All purchases on lgoodie.dk have free delivery on purchases over DKK 499 to the parcel shop.

You pay the cost of returns and exchanges yourself. 

You must store the original packaging to ensure the protection of products during return transport. 

Sealing must not be broken.

Delivery conditions for all purchases on lgoodie.dk with the exception of art. 

Delivery of goods from lgoodie.dk, is sent directly from Lgoodie's warehouse and is considered to have taken place when the customer has had the goods delivered in front of the front door or in the stairwell by choosing DAOhome, or has been picked up in a parcel shop. All orders are sent as soon as possible, preferably day to day, but no later than within 5 working days. You will receive track and trace number as soon as your order is shipped.

Complaint for all purchases on lgoodie.dk with the exception of art. 

Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. Colors on products may differ slightly in color in reality vs what you see on lgoodie.dk, which will not be considered a defect.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

Products will not be returned or exchanged if the seal or packaging is broken. 

You must contact Artli and the supplier within "reasonable time"

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 14 days after the error was discovered.

Artli guarantees to return within 72 hours.

When you return the item, please at the same time, as detailed as possible, state what the problem is and enclose in your shipment or send to us by mail.

In the event of a justified complaint, the supplier reimburses reasonable shipping costs.

If the complaint is justified, the supplier will of course reimburse your reasonable shipping costs for sending the item back to the supplier. Otherwise, you must bear all expenses for transport, including our shipping costs for returning the item after examination, just as we can charge you an amount of up to DKK 500 for examination of the item.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper original packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and possibly track and trace number.

 

14 days right of withdrawal

When you shop online and at www.lgoodie.dk, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. Artli handles the dialogue between you and our dealers in the cancellation case and ensures you a safe and efficient treatment and handles the contact to the supplier throughout the process.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

Upon receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must by an unequivocal statement notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item, to: hello@lgoodie.dk, if you wish to cancel your purchase. You will then receive instructions on where the item is to be sent to.

Return

When returning, you should make sure that the goods are securely wrapped in original packaging that must not be broken. You are responsible for the package / goods until ARTLI receives it. Therefore, save the receipt for dispatch and the track and trace number.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use. This does not apply to skin care, hair care and cosmetic products. where return is only possible if the seal is NOT broken. 

If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

The packaging of the item must be intact upon return. 

Refund

When we receive the item, we will check it as soon as possible, and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase. If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid to us back if you have paid the shipping cost yourself in advance. Artli does not cover return shipping on returns regarding cancellation. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, no later than 14 days from the date we received your goods returned. Note you pay for return shipping yourself. 

The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase. Lack of original packaging may possibly constitute an impairment, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is a requirement that the item is returned in original packaging.

Law and venue

Purchases of goods on www.lgoodie.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute is decided by the ordinary Danish courts.

If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via www.forbrug.dk
